- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. grated carrot
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts and/or 3/4 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2Mix in eggs and oil. Add carrots, nuts and raisins.

3Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
