Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. grated carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts and/or 3/4 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Mix in eggs and oil. Add carrots, nuts and raisins.

    Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
