Directions

1Grease and lightly flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.

5Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

6Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes (9-inch pans for 40 minutes).
