- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil together, add eggs and mix.

2Add dry ingredients and the rest of the ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
