  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Blend all ingredients in large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or two layers at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
