- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add oil; blend.

3Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each addition.

4Add carrots, nuts and coconut. Grease and flour cake pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
