  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add Wesson oil and eggs; mix for 3 minutes. Mix in 3 cups of finely grated carrots and 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir with spoon. Bake at 300°.
