- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add Wesson oil and eggs; mix for 3 minutes. Mix in 3 cups of finely grated carrots and 1 cup chopped nuts. Stir with spoon. Bake at 300°.
