- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
- 2 jars junior size baby food carrots (15 oz. total)
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix oil, sugar, eggs and carrots, then add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

2Add nuts.

3Bake in floured tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
