  • 2 bags mixed frozen vegetables (beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 can chopped pimentos
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, pimentos, cheese and 1/2 can onions into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Then mix the milk with soup and pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until carrots are tender.

    Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
