- 2 bags mixed frozen vegetables (beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 can chopped pimentos
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, pimentos, cheese and 1/2 can onions into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Then mix the milk with soup and pour over top.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until carrots are tender.

4Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
