  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. finely grated carrots

Directions

    Add oil, eggs and carrots; mix well. Pour into three 8-inch cake pans.
