- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. grated fresh carrots
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cake mix, water, eggs, oil, nuts, pineapple, cinnamon and carrots in large bowl.

3Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened.

4Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

5Pour batter into pan.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Cool in pan.
