- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Beat sugar and eggs at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly at medium speed.

3Then add carrots, nuts and raisins, mixing well.

4Spread into 13 x 9-inch or 9-inch layer pans.

5(Grease and flour pan.)

6Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

7Put butter frosting or whipped cream on top.
