  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple

Directions
