- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and oil.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Add carrots and vanilla.

4Pour into two greased 9-inch layer pans.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

6Cool and frost.
