  • 2 c. self-rising flour or 2 c. plain flour plus 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. raw grated carrots

Directions
