- 3/4 cups Butter Or Margarine
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 2-1/3 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 4 whole Egg Whites
Directions

1In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add extracts. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture, alternating with cold water. Beat just until combined. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into the batter.

2Divide into paper-lined muffin tins. Baked at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.

3Any cupcake flavor can be used. Frost with white buttercream and decorate with assorted candies.
