- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mashed canned carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.

2Mix dry ingredients (flour, spices) together and add to egg mixture.

3Add mashed carrots. Beat in nuts by hand.

4Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 375° for 1 hour.
