- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 small crushed pineapple, drained

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Add Wesson oil, then add one egg at a time.

3Mix well after each.

4Add carrots and pineapple.

5Mix well. Bake in layers at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
