  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 small crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Add Wesson oil, then add one egg at a time.

    Mix well after each.

    Add carrots and pineapple.

    Mix well. Bake in layers at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
