  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions
