- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3 jars carrots (Jr. baby food, Gerber's)
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add carrots. Add flour, a little at a time, then rest of ingredients. Pour into two round pans, greased and floured. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
