  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 jars carrots (Jr. baby food, Gerber's)
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add carrots. Add flour, a little at a time, then rest of ingredients. Pour into two round pans, greased and floured. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
