- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1Measure flour; add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and set aside. Mix sugar and eggs (1 at a time); add oil.

2Mixer on low speed; add dry ingredient and mix.

3Add carrots.

4Bake at 350° for 19 to 23 minutes depending on your oven.
