- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cut up nut meats
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
Directions

1In a bowl, mix sugar and oil well together.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

3Mix in dry ingredients, starting with flour.

4Mix well.

5Add carrots and nuts.

6Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
