  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. finely chopped carrots
  • 2 c. pineapple (13 1/2 oz. can)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
