  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients.

    Sift together next 3 ingredients and add to sugar mixture.

    Fold in carrots.

    Grease and flour pans and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
