- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Sift together the first 5 ingredients; set aside.

2Combine salad oil and sugar; mix well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

4Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.

5Stir in 2 cups finely grated carrots.

6Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350° until done.
