- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. corn oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. shelled broken walnuts
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
- 3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Add oil, eggs and vanilla.

3Fold in remaining ingredients.

4Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 5/8-inch pan.

5Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
