- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add Wesson oil and beat until smooth.

3Add eggs and beat after each one.

4Add carrots and nuts and beat.

5Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans and bake at 350° until done. (Cook about 50 minutes.)
