  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. shredded carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, then beat together 2 minutes. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased only on the bottom.
