  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Blair chocolate flavoring

    Mix all ingredients and beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
