  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 2 jars junior baby carrots

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

    Beat until well mixed (about 5 minutes on low-medium).

    Pour into large oblong cake pan, greased and floured.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes (at least).

    I bake longer.
