- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, shredded carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda (baking)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, oil, cinnamon, eggs and carrots, then add flour, soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake about 45 minutes or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, then frost it.
