- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 jars junior baby food carrots
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer.

2In second bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

3Alternate mixing dry ingredients and baby food into sugar mixture until well blended. Add nuts.

4Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

5Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.

6Cool upright on rack for 10 minutes, invert for remaining cooling time.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
