- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Cream Cheese Icing
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Beat eggs and oil in small mixing bowl.

4Combine flour, sugar, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

5Add egg mixture; mix well.

6Stir in carrots and nuts.

7Pour into pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

8Cool completely on wire rack.

9Spread icing on top.
