- 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Combine cooking oil and sugar.

2Add eggs, beating thoroughly. Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.

3Mix well. Add grated carrots and mix well.

4Pour into greased and floured pans.

5Bake at 350° for one hour or until cake tests done.
