- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat all ingredients, except nuts, at low speed until smooth. Stir in nuts.
