  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 2 1/2 c. regular flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients.

    Stir in eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well.

    Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.

    Frost cake while warm.
