  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 c. grated raw carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. nuts

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Beat oil and sugar well.

    Add carrots and blend.

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
