- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Honey Butter Mix, recipe follows
- Kosher salt, for sprinkling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine the yeast and warm water.

3Add the flour, salt, sugar, honey, and eggs.

4Mix thoroughly for about 10 minutes.

5Let the dough rise about 10 to 15 minutes.

6Divide the dough into 4-ounce portions and shape into pretzels.

7Place on a greased cookie sheet and let rise for 1 hour.

8Brush with Honey Butter Mix and sprinkle with kosher salt.

9Bake for 20 minutes.
