  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. black walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Gradually add oil, then the vanilla, carrots and nuts.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
