- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 whole eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.

2Cream sugar and Wesson oil in separate bowls, then add eggs.

3Add flour and pecans.

4Add the grated carrots last.

5Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.
