  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour (plain)
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. finely grated carrots or 1 junior jar baby food (carrot)

Directions

    Sift and mix dry ingredients.

    Add oil and mix well (will be thick).

    Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.

    Mix in carrots.

    Pour in 3 (8-inch) pans and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
