- 2 c. flour (plain)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. finely grated carrots or 1 junior jar baby food (carrot)
Directions

1Sift and mix dry ingredients.

2Add oil and mix well (will be thick).

3Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.

4Mix in carrots.

5Pour in 3 (8-inch) pans and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
