- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Sift flour and mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Add oil, carrots and eggs.

3Stir until well mixed.

4Pour in lightly greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.

6Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting or your favorite kind.
