  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. finely shredded carrots
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; add carrots, oil and eggs.
