  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. shredded carrots or 3 jars junior baby food (carrots)
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer. No sifting needed. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
