- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 (4 oz.) jars baby food carrots
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray Bundt pan with Pam.

3Cream together oil, sugar and eggs; blend in baby food.

4Mix in flour and cinnamon.

5Stir in carrots and nuts; pour into pan.

6Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour; test with toothpick.
