- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
- dash of salt
Directions

1In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

2In small bowl, beat eggs gently with fork.

3In medium bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs from small bowl, carrots and pecans.

4Stir together by hand.

5Combine medium bowl with ingredients in large bowl.

6Stir all ingredients well; do not use mixer.

7Pour into 3 round pans.

8Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Frost.
