- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 junior size baby food carrots
Directions

1Mix eggs and Wesson oil.

2Sift together flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.

3Add flour mix to the egg and oil.

4Mix well.

5Add the baby food carrots.

6Mix and pour into cake pans.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

8Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
