- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 3/4 Tbsp. soda
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Cream sugar and oil.

2Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Stir in carrots.

5Pour into pan (tube, Bundt, etc.).

6Bake at 350° until cake springs back in center.

7Use cream cheese icing.
