- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 c. grated carrots
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.

2Add flour, soda and cinnamon (be sure to sift).

3Mix well and add carrots.

4Bake in 3 layers at 350° for 30 minutes.
