- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 to 3 drops black walnut flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped black walnuts
Directions

1Mix sugar and oil together.

2Mix cinnamon with flour in small bowl.

3Add whole eggs to sugar and oil mixture.

4Add flour and oil mixture, then mix in carrots and walnuts, then vanilla and black walnut flavoring.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
