  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. drained pineapple tidbits
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. grated carrots

    well. Grease and flour a tube cake pan well.

    Put wax paper in the bottom of the pan. Bake about 2 hours at 275° to 300°.
